Another minor suggestion, because its been a long day at work and I feel picky!!!

hover over username "it says in the box "to enter competition" might be worth tweaking that to "to enter the competition".

I applied on behalf of a friend who lives within the united kingdom,

so my name came out of the hat but the item is sent to his address withing the uk. which complies with the T's & C's of the draw.
