My wee brothers corsa reach exactly 100,000 miles and decided it didnt like its gear box any more and decided to disintegrate on him. He has now despite my efforts to convert him to the light side, went and got a new style corsa :( lol eedjit

  • Stoney, did you not do him for driving without due care and attention? or where you off duty and just showed him a thing or two? As for the Corsa, well I dont race on the roads, however I will quite

  • Well I've bashed Corsa's enough now and one has bashed me :( Parked up dealing with drunks in clubland and some jerk delivering kebabs has decided to jam his crapmobile into the back of my patrol ca

  • As this is the official corsa bashing thread, I found this: best place for the corsa IMHO: Straight through the garage and into the river!

Im goin to tell them where he is lol I let him off with the first one because it was his first car lol but enoughs enough lol

I know your pain there - my sister got one as her first car despite my pleading to get a Fiesta... then three years later, instead of listening to my advice and getting a brand new MK7.5 Fiesta (which I even had priced up for her), she went and got another bloomin C**sa!

Some people are just beyond help :P

haha, are they banking on their " lifetime warranty* " now on offer....?

Lol honest to God he showed me it went bang on 100,000 miles lol im seeing a connection here haha

They're offering a £2,000 discount for new drivers on their cars now... I see more of the dreadded things coming...

You know what they say about never being more than 12 feet from a rat, well just substitute C***a and its still true. I get these damn things provided as hire cars from work all the time they are just awful excuses for a car.

My boss had a 10 plate insignia and the amount of things that went wrong with it was stupid, wheel bearings, engine faults and boot lock breaking constantly in the end he sold it at a loss he was that fed up.

Clearly if by some miracle the car slips through the net of faults it is preprogrammed to kill itself at 100k.

In some ways you could consider it an achievement it lasted that long :p

couldve been worse my missus went and bought a punto evo, only had it three months piece of !Removed! kept breaking went back to the dealers more often than the petrol station

bang on 100k - that is not bad going.

Well he may have bought another, but at least thats one less on the roads :D

My boyfriends got the new Corsa... and he has had nothing but trouble. It's a 12 plate and in the past year it's had to go back to Vauxhall 8 times because its broke on him!

Everyone should get KA's

The new ones are made by Fiat though :(

That is true, and I will admit the new one's arn't as pretty.

But the one shape would go forever.. unless like me you pile it into the backend of a Peugeot!

Corsa's do make good for being able to travel the furthest distance upside down though.

The interiors seem to smell funny too. I thought it was just my friends one when she got hers, but I walked past one parked up the other day with the window down and that had the same stench!

And I dont think it's because of bad deodorant/hygiene issues with the drivers...

I've noticed that as well! Must be the cheap plastics or adhesive used to slap the blasted things together

Look on the bright side... the Peugeot probably looked better afterwards.

Next time aim for the front, that front grill is just plain disgusting.

My son bought himself a new Corsa, 12 plate I think, I've only been in it twice, first time to drive it, and the second time, (Cos I couldn't believe how bad it was the first time) as a passenger, they are god awful, the seats are rock hard, the transmission tunnel is that wide I had no leg room on the passenger side, and of all the colours he could have picked he chose a white one, so every time he comes here I ask him who parked the Taxi on the drive.

Isn't that the one where when the engine blows the camshaft comes through the bulkhead and skewers you to the seat

Fiat does stand for Fix It Again Tommorrow

Id much rather be seen driving a Ford KA than a corsa lol even though the KA is widely regarded as a feminine car lol. Id even drive a KA with those stupid eyelash things before id get in a corsa lol

I'd much rather be seen in nothing but a pink tutu and fairy wings than be seen in a Corsa!!

I don't get why people get the body kits on them either, when they have the 1 litre or 1.2 engines, it's like I'm sure that adds weight that your turdbox can't handle...

This thread really ought to be renamed 'FOC Official Corsa Bashing Thread'
