Hi, looking for some help, my oil light and engine management light is on on my car, engine doesn’t seem right either, I’ve been told I have oil pump failure and would be best getting a replacement engine???

anyone heard of this and all help here appreciated

    Replacement engine?  How long did you drive with the warning lights up?  What's the compression on each cylinder?  If you were a good boy and shut down immediately you may well have gotten away with it.
