Evening folks!

Ay oop. Thanks for having me.

My name is William (or any variation you like, I really don't mind), a 26 year old carer and musician from Devon. I live just outside Exeter with my wife and our four gerbils.

I recently invested in a 2005 Mondeo ST TDCI Estate as a long term vehicle after having some pretty dire luck with cars over the preceding months. Since the end of July last year, I've been through a 2000 Honda Accord (my last long term vehicle, but became too much of a financial burden), a 2003 Mondeo LX TDCI  Estate and a 2002 Honda Civic EM2, before finally settling on the current Mondeo ST. Best car I've ever had. For lack of a better phrase, it's friggin' awesome.

I do lots of stuff. Anything that piques my interest. Been a musician for many years (currently working solo as a multi-instrumentalist and in a band as lead guitarist), but more recently I've been self-teaching mechanics, first aid, survivalism, bushcraft and various armed and unarmed combat techniques. Currently obsessing over physics and mathematics, studying astrophysics specifically. I do this because I have a mind that never shuts up, always demanding stimulation.  As you can imagine, I have little to no social life (or interpersonal skills, for that matter) to speak of, and I quite like it that way. There's no ill will, it's just that people are exhausting for me and I can't withstand sustained interaction with them. I usually need a lie down and a cup of tea to recuperate.

Right, so that's me. Please feel free to point and laugh at the freak - I welcome it. The jest makes me smile, and humour is pretty much all I have.

I look forward to meeting you all, seeing your rides and showing off mine as I gradually my own.
