Driving home this morning and my boot popped open as though I’d pressed the button on the fob and the warning came on. Got out and it wasn’t fully open just unlatched so closed it and another 1/2 mile later it did it again. Pulled over closed it  and carried on to where I was going. When I got back in I decided to lock the doors using the dash button and it didn’t open in the 7 miles I was driving. I’ve read it’s a common issue and was wondering if this is most likely the Boot release switch or the mechanism before I order a replacement?
