If it was the heater, you would probably smell the anti-freeze inside the car. Have a good sniff and feel around the footwells.

Next, put some cardboard under the coolant reservoir. If this gets soggy or stained with anti-freeze, then a new reservoir is needed (I had this, and the Fiesta reservoir is similar).

Check all the coolant pipes for whitish deposits, especially near joints.

Then have a look and sniff of the exhaust when the engine is running and hot. That's the one place you don't really want to smell the anti-freeze.

Last, remove some of the crankcase ventillation hoses, they usually connect to the cam cover at the top of the engine. Look inside for grey slimy emulsion. That is also a symptom of a head gasket leak.

Tried all that but solved it by putting some k seal in it and it worked and thank you for the advice

If the HG leak is small enough, I think K-seal can work well. I used it on a previous car, a Vauxhall, and it did fix it. Don't know how permanent it was, the car went for scrap later that year, due to emissions failures that could not be fixed. Probably cat gone again on it!
