Clunking noise!!

I’ve have just recently brought a Zetec s 2010 and there’s a clunking noise which only happens when braking softly at low speeds , if I brake harshly it does not happen plus It only happens when I’ve been driving around in it for a while 

anyone have any suggestions of what it may be??
