First of all, I would like to apologise on my delay in getting back to you.

I am writing to let you know, that the FordPass technical issue with SYNC3 has now been fixed. There is a new FordPass version that has recently been launched (1.14.3).
 
In addition to email, if you have any further questions, you can also get in touch with us via:

  • Phone - Tap the “Guides” icon within the FordPass app and tap “Call a Guide” 
  • Live Chat - Tap the “Guides” icon within the FordPass app and tap “Chat with a Guide”
