Over the last nine months, the windscreen wipers on my otherwise OK Ford B Max have collided and the larger left hand windscreen wiper has pulled the shorter, left hand wiper, off the wiper arm destroying the wiper arm plastic connection-piece in the process.   After the first incident, my local garage fitted a new set of wipers and checked the windscreen motor settings, which they pronounced OK.  And then it happened again!    Does anyone out there have any notion of what is going wrong, and more importantly, how do I fix it?
