    It is, EC regulation 1400/2002 protecting your rights runs out in 2010. Now it's highly unlikely another legal safe guard is not put in place to protect those rights, but it could happen. Least ways the makers and suppliers of after market parts and services consider they need the legal protection to be safe guarded, otherwise that site would not exist.
