Water ingress in rear upper brake light / "third brake light

Hi!

After washing my car I got water ingress in my third brake light, the upper long one. A couple of weeks half of it stopped working and I am now driving around with only half the lights working.

I am unable to find a replacement part for this, all websites show their parts as "unfit for this vehicle" even though they look very similar.

Can you guys help me out with finding a part that works? I live in Sweden so Autodoc, EU Amazon etc would be perfect.

These are the listings I've found that I thought might work, but it would be nice to find one a bit cheaper (40-60 euro):
