is it normal when hovering foot over clutch pedal to feel vibration ?

just had a new clutch and flywheel kit fitted to my car by a friend. bought the kit brand new total cost fitted £550, LUK kit

 

It drives perfect and there is no vibration or anything when pressing and depressing the clutch pedal but I just wondered about something. When I'm driving along with the car in gear ( any gear) if I hover my foot over the clutch pedal I feel some vibration over the pedal, but not if I take it out of gear, is this normal please ?

    I don’t know about normal, but mine does the same.

    It's because you're just touching the pedal and feeling the flywheel/clutch spinning it's normal
