Hello. First time here. I had ford mondeo mk4 2.5 turbo for few years. It always had one vacuum line blocked off with a screw that drove me mad not knowing why someone did that 😁 so finally managed to trace it and it goes to the turbo recirculation valve. So question is, is it supposed to be blocked off, where should it go.
