1.8 titanium problem

Featured Replies

Hi,

i have a focus 1.8 petro titanium on a 59 plate. When I first set off when the car has been switched off and parked there is a click or clunk on the drivers side, you can feel It through the accelerator peddle. You can drive 200 miles and the problem won’t occur again, but you can park up again 200 yards after the problem. Switch off, and park as you would. Start up and the sound and the feel of some clicking comes back.

I am sorry this I vague as it’s so hard to explain, I have had it a couple of garages who say can see no problem in any of the ball joints or suspension parts or brakes.

Thank you in advance for the repkys
