Sometimes it starts, sometimes it doesn’t

Hi all, my first post on here so hope it’s in the correct section. I have problem with my car that even

ford can’y Figure out. For some unexplained reason, my 2010. 168bhp hatchback decided it was not going to start.

it turns over so no battery issues I think, but doesn’t. Ford says it needs a new wiring loom ,at over 1,000 pounds that’s a none starter, pardon the pun

the diagnostics tell them the injectors aren’t working but I’m no mechanic, all I know is, I can leave it for anything between and few hours to a few days

before it will start again. Just wondered if anyone else has had similar issue. Thanks
