Wanted Mondeo GPS receiver

Featured Replies

I'm looking for a working GPS receiver for my 2007 Mondeo Titanium X.

As with alot of other people mine isn't picking up satellites any more, so I'm assuming that's the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

check the connections for oxidisation, sometimes a wee rub and some electrical contact cleaner can do wonders.

Yes prone to corrosion on the mount.

Update.

Tried cleaning the aerial base and gps but still no signal.

So thanks to abit of advice I bought an aftermarket GPS antenna (less than a fiver from eBay). Fitted it under my dash and immediately got between 5 and 10 satellites.

All now working fine.
