Mondeo is not starting intermittently. Not turning over, nothing when turning the key.

Had it into a garage but never when the problem has existed. Mechanic himself is puzzled as have now had 

New battery fitted, new alternator fitted, new started motor fitted, still doing it.

Anyone come across something like this or can make suggestions please.

Try to look carefully at the warning lights and displays when turning on the ignition, or when starting. An intermittent immobiliser problem would give some indication, like a rapidly flashing LED.

The bits left to check are the wiring from battery to starter, especially the heavy earth cable. And also the starter relay in the engine bay fuse box, and then the ignition switch. The garage seems to be working on the "lets change the most expensive stuff first" principle!
