hi this is my first post i need help because its driving me mad i have a ford focus titanuim 2013 ecoboost im trying to pair my samsung phone to the car stereo but the phone button on the stereo isnt working why is this? so i cant play music or chat to people on the phone any ideas what to do

    The phone button May not be working because you don't have Bluetooth also there was a problem with compatibility with some Samsung phones the S7 being one of them , all fine on later year cars.you can check compatibility here https://secure.ford.co.uk/OwnerServices/SYNC-and-Bluetooth-Support/MobileCompatibility#/

    A titanium spec facelift will definitely have Sync/Bluetooth.

    Try pulling the stereo or Sync fuse to reset everything and try again.

    It will will depend on what stereo is fitted , I had to add a Bluetooth module on my 2012 titianuim x. Mine just had the Sony 6000cd.

    a quick search for2013 titianuim reveals several with out Bluetooth

    Sync wasn't added to the focus until late 2012, which is probably why you had to add the first bluetooth module.
