Key fob window drop/raise

I can drop/raise the windows all the way using the key fob but is there a way to only partly drop them

    As far as I know it's either open or shut - the manual refers to global opening and closing. I don't think there's anyrhing inbetween.

    Have you tried pressing the lock/unlock buttons while the windows are on the way down way down?  I've definitely had a car that stopped them where you wanted but can't remember whether it was a Ford or VW now.

    I just tried it and it definitely stops the windows going down/up if you press the unlock/lock button again.
