Dropped screw down behind my front grill! HELP

I was trying to fix a badge to my honeycomb grill when suddenly the screw thread dropped down behind the grille. Cannot find it anywhere at all. Should I be worried or will it just drop out never to be seen again.

 

Personally I didnt feel it necessary to remove the grille to try and fish it out as its only dropped down in front of the intercooler. Just want to see what anyone else thinks I should do!

    I figured that it would be fine as I hear no rattling or anything whilst driving. Its the part in the photo below (just to clarify)
