Evening all, my sons 2009 focus 1.6tdci is stuck in limp mode, with the pending fault code PO428:21 catalyst temperature sensor input high bank 1.  I’ve had a dpf clean done aswell as a carbon engine clean and Oelys oil top up. However the triangle engine malfunction light is on and it’s still in limp mode.

I’m gonna purchase a used sensor, once fitted will the malfunction light clear or is this something only ford can reset?
