iv just bought my first car, it is a 2003 1.4 fiesta ghia with semi automatic gearbox. its done about 62000 miles or so.

im just keen to find out if there is anything i should be wary about. im quite a novice when it comes to cars so any help

would be greatly appreciated :)

    as with all autios or semi autos the gearbox difficult to source if it goes the gearbox isnt strong so forget tuning it but its smooth bit dull inside really listen for grumbles coming from the engine on idle thay have weak water pumps and check for water coming in the footwell from the pollen filter seal

    The power steering rack can fail and require an expensive rebuild.
