Can anybody please tell me where I can find what should be included in each type of service ? I've scoured the internet but its not giving me what I want.

Hey, when doing a full service I would change the following;

1) engine oil

2) oil filter 

3) air filter

4) cabin filter

5) diesel filter (don't forget to fill before installation)

Most probably don't but when I do a service I do the following. 

6) check condition of aux belt/s and tensioner/s for peace of mind. 

7) check and adjust coolant level + strength for peace of mind.

B) check condition of brake fluid I.e for contamination, for peace of mind. 

9) grease door straps and bonnet latch. 

That keeps most stuff alive and kicking.

Other than that and oil interval service is the only other usual one and that's just oil and filter, maybe air filter but only if it's looking dark already.
