s-max parking sensor replacement

Ford s-max 2012, parking sensors fault. Checked with the computer and it says front inner nearside parking sensor is the problem. The two front inner sensors look like their attached to the lower grille. Anyone know is there an easy way to get them out, without removing the entire grille ? if you need to remove the grille, how do you do this ? Dont want to go tugging at things and break something else!
