Featured Replies

So I have TPMS malfunction on my Ford Focus 2011 estate along with the abs light and traction.could a Tyre leaking air bring the abs light on???

the tpms is probably the dds type that uses the abs sensors to detect tyre deflation. so you may an abs sensor fault causing all your issues.

Did you sort this problem? I have the same with my 2011 focus, but I’m also getting hill start assist fault and also the cruise control has stopped working.
just wondering if this could be my problem? And if there is any way of detecting which sensor has failed?
thanks and any help would be really appreciated

Hi there. I currently have the same problem with 2012 ford focus 1.6tdci titanium and was wondering on how you knew what sensor it was

Use FORScan software and you can monitor the ABS sensors and see which one is faulty.

Thanks pal

Update ! It's the rear drivers side abs wheel speed sensor which is faulty.  Is it best to get oem parts or any decent after market ones?

Use the genuine Ford part.

Copies normally cause more problems than they say you money. Often they fail within a few months or give random faults.

Sorted £23 from ford. All lights now off👍
