My name is Paul White, resident in Johannesburg, South Africa, proud(sometimes) owner of a 1999 Escort 1.8 Zetec, the latest in a long line of Fords, ranging from a 1969 Fairlane to my wife's current 2005 Fiesta diesel. 

As a technically minded individual, although not a qualified mechanic, I frequently find myself in a position of having to do my own repairs without the requisite knowledge or experience, hence my interest in the club, hoping to draw on the minds of those more proficient than myself, and perhaps add an insight or two of my own now and again.

I look forward to a long and productive relationship with the club's members, may we all do as old Fords do, just go faster!!
