Programming a new key

Hi. I’ve bought a new key for my 2007 fiesta, I thought I could save some money by programming it myself with FORScan. 

But to get into the PATs I need to get an incode from the outcode. No matter what calculator I use I get the same incode, and the car just isn’t accepting it. 

Any ideas on what could be going wrong?

    When I did mine Forscan generated a code for me with no issues...
