Hi all, I own a c-max for about 6 months, this week was going to check fluids and I can’t open the bonnet, any ideas?

    The lock mechanism on these is common to break, it's the same as the Focus one.

    You might get it to work by pushing on the grill or bonnet while turning the key but it usually needs replacement.  Either have to break the grill to get to it or jack up and reach in from underneath.
