Hello everyone,

Sorry to bother you all but I was hoping that someone might be able to help me with this one.

I'm a complete novice at fixing cars but keen to learn.

We have a Ford Galaxy which is struggling to start. It does sometimes get there after 5-6 goes. I've uploaded a video so that you can hear the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NgZ4bz85pqA&feature=youtu.be

Does anyone have an idea on what the problem might be?

    Has it been serviced recently, and was the fuel filter changed?
