5w30 grade - ford recommend Castrol oil but any oil is Better than none

It needs to meet the spec in the handbook which is WSS-M2C913-C I believe. The Magnatec A5 5w30 is what I used for mine (same spec oil, but check the handbook). I get mine on trade (just over £20) from Halfords - here - but it's £35 for everyone else.

Spec has changed from c to d now,  2 grades are specified also ,5w30 and 5w20 with spec to wss m2c948_b

I have always bought Magnatec A5 5w30 in Asda or Tesco, they sometimes have it on offer for about £25.  I buy it in advance of needing it when on special offer so it often sits in my garage for more than 6 months before I need it for next oil change.  Note that you only get 4 litres - Enough for my diesel car, but I don't know about other engines
