2016 Mondeo Whirring noise when cold

Hi, just found and joined this group, I’ve got a problem with my Mondeo where I will start to hear a whirring noise when stationary (not first of all, starts about 15 minutes after starting the engine). The noise will go when driving or even when reving the engineer. The noise will go once the engineer is warm. I’ve turned my climate control off so it’s not my heater fan. Any ideas, as Ford say there’s nothing round, but they always get the car when it’s warm.
