I have a galaxy that I use the incR phone system.It has worked well until today.Somehow the speakers are now muted (it comes up on the dash) so if I answer the phone I can't hear them or them me. The phone is fine away from the car.I have been on line looking for information and in the Ford manual it says that it is possible to mute the phone  ,but it does not tell you how or how to reverse it.Can anyone help. Kate
