Help with wiring diagram Mk7 fiesta to mk 7.5

Hope I'm in the right section. I'm new to this..

Can anyone point me to the wiring guide. To retrofit fiesta mk7.5 rear lights to a Mk7.

 

I have the rear lights and the loom attached with the plug.

I'd be so grateful

I fitted the LED rear lights to my pre facelift mk7 like the ones below.....

i got the facelift plug with the lights all you have to do is match the colours from the facelift plug to your cars loom.

Basically I have a Mark 7 Fiesta but I have changed it to a 7.5 with the headlights but I don't know how to wire up the headlights connections are different what can I do
