Hello all,

My beloved Focus ST diesel suddenly went into limp mode. I scanned with Forscan and found the following code -

Code: P1889 - Oil Pressure Pump Performance

I have done some searching on this but not been able to find much info on what the issue might be?

    Could be the oil pressure switch or the oil pressure control solenoid at fault. The dw10c engine has variable pressure oil pump.
