My sister has a Ford Fiesta 1.6 2012 metal edition. Anyone know what the on off switch in the footwell on the left is for? Can’t find anything about it

    Front parking sensor isolator switch, aftermarket front sensors , probably X vision.

    Have you checked if you have front sensors fitted in the front bumper?

    My car has exactly the same I can’t figure out what It does I’ve turned it on when parking and no sensors. No extra lights nothing. The previous owner had a new radio and sub put in but removed before I purchased so I assumed it would be something to do with that. But I’m dying to know what it does

    I can confirm that at some point your cars may have had a beacon on the roof .Alot of fiestas if second hand where used for lorry runs road works etc so they would need an amber light on roof and therefore a simple on of switch for it.At the end of its time its taken of filled in roof resprayed and car sold.I may be wrong but ive seen alot of fiestas being used by Highways.
