Just bought a 2012 smax, and over the weekend I'm hoping to update the head unit to an android variant with reversing camera and apple car play etc. I will also try and do a guide at the same time in case anyone else is interested. Therefore I can sort out the main part of the infortainment, however, the TFT display is a bit disappointing, and a bit of digging has highlighted that there is an update that can be done. 

 

I have a usb OBD, and was wondering whether it's possible to be updated by myself and whether anyone has the software, or knows where I can get it from to add things like the visual parking sensors and digital speedo etc

 

Any help would be much appreciated
