Are they in "Automatic Mode" 

Or 

Check the engine bay fuse box for signs of water getting in there which can be a problem on some fords and the water bridges connections which can cause the wipers to activate aswell as lights or the horn as though the car is possessed;

but in reality that only happens if the car is on finance and the repayments aren't met as previously agreed it becomes🌩repossessed🌩
