won’t start after cylinder head change, fault P0106 Manifold absolute pressure

Dear fellow Ford owners,

Over the weekend I removed my cylinder head due to a burned gasket! I took everything out according to ford Manual, same back! When tried to start it once again, it refused to! It shows an engine malfunction! After reading with a scanner, the only fault I got was P0106 Manifold Absolute Pressure! I checked the air intake components for vacuum leak however everything was just fine! Could it be because of bad timing? If the timing would be not correct would there be a fault code? The car was starting before! Any help is very appreciated! Thanks!
