Air flow direction stuck on windscreen

Hi all

I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta. I recently noticed that the air blower was stuck on the windscreen setting. I can turn the dial to select face or feet settings but it still only blows onto the windscreen. I have released the glovebox and have seen the metal rod that goes up and down to select the other directions but it had come loose from the lower plastic bracket (sorry I don’t know what it’s actually called). The rod goes back into the bracket but after a few rotations of the direction dial it comes loose again. Can some one please tell me the name of this part and is it cheap to replace?
