Slurping noise from 1ltr ecoboost

Featured Replies

Picked up a 2014 focus 1.0l ecoboost 125bhp the other day. Noticed what I can only describe as a slupping/sucking hiss with a hint of tinny vibration noise coming from the rear end outside of the car (I imagine the exhaust) while driving. More noticeable when driving low speed and low gears, but seems constant throughout speeds and gears.

It's had new tyres on but I really don't think it's anything to do with them.

Completely new to ecoboost so not 100% sure if it's normal or there may be something there worth looking into.

Searched high and low here and everywhere else but can't seem to find anyone else with the same question that's been answered yet.

Thanks in advance.
