Hi, just thought I'd let you know (if you didn't already) that after updating Sync 3 (on a Focus Active) it wasn't possible to upload the log files and thus Ford are not aware of the update. I was told that this is a problem they are aware of but have no date as to when this will be rectified.!!

The wireless charging pad also malfunctions and is going back to the dealer to sort, anyone else have a problem with this?



Out of interest what was the update you were downloading ie: Sync3 software or a Maps update?

I had the same problem trying to upload the Log file, it kept saying try again later. After about a week of trying everyday it eventually  took the upload.

Sorry I don't have a charging pad.

Comares 2001. I had to do the update as I was constantly being asked to connect to Wi-Fi which, apparently, was a known fault so I was advised to do the update. The warning has now gone when I start but still cannot upload log files.
