Lack of acceleration

Hi I'm just wondering if any knows a fix for this issue. Back in January I blew my clutch out, and had it replaced, ever since it's had a slight lack of acceleration, when the clutch blew there was a puff of black smoke that come through the vents. Since I've had general service parts replaced such as; spark plugs and leads; fuel filter; air filter etc. But there wasn't much of a change.
