Adding Bluetooth to mk7 pre face lift van

Hi I'm looking to add Bluetooth to my mk7 pre face lift van, I've remkved my stereo and only have one plug in the back, when I look at all the Bluetooth radios they have 2 plugs does anyone know if this can be done? 

Obviously I'll have to buy all the wiring looms, modules and stuff but how do I go about the extra plug?
