can anyone please tell me how I can fix this as it don't pull the dvd in..i only got the car on sunday they told me it worked but needed code as battery was replaced ..I was given the  code 8691 when i enter code it goes back to 0000 to enter code again so not sure i got the right code and I  cant put a disc in..any help please ..thank you
