Ford S-Max rear entertainment TV headrest not working.

Hi everyone, my first post here today. I bought a Ford S-Max Titanium 09 just a few weeks ago and it has the entertainment system....TVs in the headrest for the kids and the dvd player under the passenger seat. 

My issue is that one of the TV's doesn't turn on at all the other one works fine and I can't find any controls for the TV and no remote either. 

Any help is very much appreciated as I have 4 kids that are upset that I'm not able to fix it 😭
