I have Live Traffic via fitted TCU in my Active and notice that it is not always consistent, I usually know it is available on starting up by the opposite directional arrows on the media screen.

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and is there a fix before I contact the Ford Guides and start  the long road to resolution with them

    Yesterday touched those live arrows and it showed that live traffic was greyed out. Took car to main dealer, he tried to activate it,  said I need to book it in for a software update. Its going in a week Monday. Will let you know the outcome.
