Oldbluevan
Hi folks Ford Fusion 2006, 1.4 petrol, 33k miles. Engine cooling fan seems to be coming on even when the engine obviously isn't hot, for example, when the car is started first time in the morning. Any ideas, much appreciated and TIA. TomsFocus
Have you got the air conditioning switched on?
Oldbluevan
Ah right, ok. Thanks for the reply. It's actually my Dad's car, so I'll double check. So, is the fan on all the time that the ac is running, didn't realise that?

Also worth noting that if you leave the blower direction set to windscreen only, the AC automatically comes on every time you start the car.
