Turbo Actuator possible fault

I am told that the turbo actuator is faulty but am suspicious as the car was fine before going for MoT (passed) and service but faults lights (spanner and engine symbols) displayed after 200m of driving away from garage. Garage says this is coincidental (!!!) and that a fault is recording regarding the turbo actuator. Can someone please tell me:

Where do i find the actuator?

Is it possible that a linkage/wire/vacuum tube has been displaced when the service was done?

    They could  have trapped/ split the vacuum hose for the actuator when the oil filter was replaced, the hose is very close to the housing and can get trapped when refitting housing. I know because I've done it once .lol
