’ve bought a 2015 transit connect limited with stereo satnav .. the problem started with the stereo turning on when the van is turned off and locked it ended up flattening the battery.. so I disconnected the battery for a hour then reconnected and now the problem is ....the on off button doesn’t work it only does the volume...when I take keys out and lock the door the stereo turns off when I reopen the door it turns back on so today I had it diagnosed it came back with these codes u201387 switch module missing message ....u201396 switch module malfunction.. as anybody got any idea what the problem is 🙈
