My 2012 Ford Focus 1.0 SCTi EcoBoost Zetec 5dr had a coolant hose leak into drivers side footwell which I had repaired at considerable expense. Now it has leaked into the engine causing compression lock rendering the car unusable. Has anyone claimed for compensation successfully? If so how do I go about doing the same? I bought it second hand from a used car dealership so not sure where I stand. Any help much appreciated.
